This little slice of luxury is fabulously located in a gated community just miles from Walt Disney World, Orlando.

We were initially attracted to the large private plot but recognised the property was very outdated (you'll see what we mean if you scroll down to the before pictures!) and needed adjustments to the internal layout to make it much more open plan and family friendly.

We ended up completely flipping this property, extending the pool deck area to include a splash pad, putting green and the all important fully equipped outdoor kitchen & seating area.

We also added a side extension to incorporate a gym, arcade room & cinema room so it's fully geared up!
