This investment property was purchased in 2019 as tired, poorly maintained HMO. A stunning house, located on Arundel Avenue, near Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

We completely stripped this property back to brick in order to restore its original beauty and created a luxury 8 bed HMO for young professionals in the Liverpool area. This property is the biggest and most extravagant project we have taken on to date in the UK (check out our international projects here

 

Works included a significant investment in the basement to convert the previously inhabitable space into a gym and cinema style lounge. A lot of focus was placed on comfort and functionality in this house so we added en-suites to each bedroom, landscaped outside areas including a secure bike store area and installed a brand new kitchen - we left nothing untouched!
